Who is Pastor Care Center For?
Pastor Care is for any credentialed minister, missionary, or ministry spouse who is actively engaged in serving others. Whether you’re in a season of growth, transition, weariness, or discernment, these sessions are designed to support those who carry the weight of spiritual leadership. We also welcome ministers who are retired or between assignments.
What services are provided?
At the Pastor Care Center, we understand the unique challenges faced by ministers and their families. Our mission is to walk alongside those in ministry, whether in seasons of crisis or rhythms of renewal.
We offer care in three focused areas:
Rehab: Restoration & Crisis Care
We believe that care should not begin at collapse. Our “Prehab” services are designed to help ministers thrive—building rhythms of rest, renewal, and resilience.
Providing:
- Individual pastoral counseling focused on the soul care of ministry leaders
- Crisis counseling for marital or family breakdowns
- Pastoral transition guidance for seasons of change or resignation
- Support during church-led restoration processes
Prehab: Wellness & Preventative Care
We believe that care should not begin at collapse. Our “Prehab” services are designed to help ministers thrive—building rhythms of rest, renewal, and resilience.
We Offer:
- Clergy wellness coaching for mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of ministry life
- Marriage enrichment workshops
- Training on emotional health, burnout prevention, and family care
- Spiritual renewal and soul care retreats for pastors and spouses
- A monthly E-Wellness Newsletter with tips, encouragement, and recommended resources
Partnership: Strategic Care with the Church
While the Pastor Care Center provides direct care, we also collaborate with churches and districts to foster a culture of ministerial wellness.
We Can:
- Assist church boards in crafting wellness plans for their pastoral staff
- Provide pulpit supply during sabbaticals, crises, or transitional seasons
- Offer training for presbyters, elders, and leadership teams on pastoral care
- Support districts and networks with restorative care referrals and wellness partnerships
What can I expect during a Pastor Care session?
Each Pastor Care session is a compassionate space where ministers can engage with a trusted pastoral care & counseling professional. Whether you’re navigating ministry stress, personal strain, or simply seeking support for soul care, these sessions are designed to be a sacred pause—a place to breathe, be heard, and be renewed. We focus on presence, not pressure—offering pastoral insight, spiritual guidance, and practical tools for resilience and renewal.
What is the cost for a session?
We are committed to offering accessible care for those who serve others. Our session rates reflect the specialized focus and individualized care we provide:
- Credentialed Ministers $100 per session
- Ministry Couples $150 per session
You may choose to pay in full for a period of care or make monthly payments via credit card. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out; we want to work with you.
Can our church or district sponsor sessions for our pastors?
Yes! Churches, networks, and districts are encouraged to partner with us. Sponsoring sessions for you pastors is a powerful investment in long-term ministry health. We can also provide group care options for teams, board retreats, or pastoral cohorts.
